Week 4

It is the last week of the cooking demos and I'm kind of bummed about it.  I have had so much fun working with the fun groups of people and using that awesome induction cook top!  On today's menu Sweet and Savory Crepes!

All four of my crepe creations.  The last one is my favorite it is a crepe that has been stuffed with mushrooms, shrimp, fresh mozzarella and lots of Old Bay and butter!!!!
